Body of man recovered from water in Larkhall has been identified

Police Scotland can confirm that the body of a man recovered from water near to Glen Avenue, Larkhall on Sunday, 1 August, 2021 has been formally identified as missing man Jamie Waugh (29).

His family have been informed.

There would not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.  A full report has be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
