Appeal for information after man found injured in High Street, Paisley
Police Scotland is appealing for information after a man was found injured in Paisley.
The 43-year-old was man found in High Street at around 3.35pm on Friday, 13 August, 2021.
Detective Inspector Robert Bowie of CID in Paisley said :
“Officers were called to a report of a man found injured in High Street yesterday afternoon. Following enquiries we believe the man may have been assaulted in Kilpatrick Crescent area of the town earlier in the afternoon. We are carrying out door to door enquiries and reviewing CCTV in effort to establish how the victim came by his injuries He suffered facial injuries as a result and was treated at Royal Alexandra Hospital.
“I am asking for anyone who witnessed an assault or has any information to please come forward. If you believe you could help our enquiries, call 101 quoting reference 2245 of 13 August. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous."
