Identity of man found deceased in Thurso confirmed

Police Scotland can confirm that the body of a man recovered from Scrabster Harbour, Thurso, on Thursday, 15 April, has now been formally identified as David Budge.

David's next of kin are aware and our thoughts remain with them at this time.

There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
