CCTV image released after assault in Bishopbriggs
Detectives have released an image of a male they wish to speak to as they believe he may be able to assist their enquiries in relation to an assault which occurred near to Kirkintilloch Road, Bishopbriggs at the entrance to the Triangle shopping precinct.
The incident occurred around 5.50pm on 27 September 2020, a result of which a male and female required hospital treatment.
Police are keen to trace the male in the image as they believe he may have information that could assist with their enquiries.
The male is described as being 14-16 years of age, medium build, with short dark hair. He can be seen to be wearing a dark hooded jacket, dark jogging trousers and dark trainers.
Detective Constable Steven Gault, from Kirkintilloch Police Station said: “I would appeal to anyone who recognises the male in the image, or for the male himself to contact police as it is important he be spoken to as part of our investigation as he may have information that can help.
"Anyone with information is asked to contact CID at Kirkintilloch Police Station via 101, quoting incident number 3090 of 27/09/20.
"Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where details can be given in confidence."
