Appeal following theft of car, Squire Street, Glasgow
Officers in Glasgow are appealing for information following the theft of a blue Ford Fiesta ST 2 (S29 NMM), which was stolen from the Squire Street area of the city.
The car has been parked close to the junction of Curle Street and the theft is believed to have taken place between 6pm on Monday, 19 April, and 9am on Tuesday, 20 April.
Officers are appealing to anyone who was in the Squire Street area and witnessed anything suspicious to come forward. The car’s distinctive sparkling alloys may stand out and anyone who sees the car is urged to contact officers.
Constable Joe Gear, from Helen Street Police Station, said: “Anyone with information on the theft of this unique car should be reported to 101, quoting incident 0591 of 20 April. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
