Appeal following theft of car - Old Dumbarton Road, Yorkhill, Glasgow
Police are appealing for information regarding the theft of a Volkswagen Tiguan car on Old Dumbarton Road, Yorkhill, Glasgow, on Saturday, 10 April, 2021.
Between 6pm and midnight on Saturday night the car, which had black bicycle racks fitted to the roof and the registration prefix of BH19, was stolen from outside flats on Old Dumbarton Road near Lumsden Street.
Constable Matt McKeown of Community Investigation Unit, Govan Police Office, said:
"Since the car was reported missing, officers have been making local enquiries and checking CCTV.
"I would appeal to anyone who was in the area and witnessed anything suspicious to come forward. I am also keen to hear from anyone who may have private CCTV or dashcam footage as they may have captured footage that can assist our investigation.
