Two men charged following assault and robbery on High Street, Fife

Police Scotland can confirm that two men aged 28 and 39 have been arrested and charged in connection with an assault and robbery in Fife.

The incident happened at newsagents store on High Street, Burntisland around 6.40am on Tuesday, 29 September, 2020. Officers attended the scene and there were no serious injuries. 

A full report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

Both men are due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Thursday, 1 October, 2020.  

Officers would like to thank those who shared the earlier appeal for information.
