Man named following fatal road crash near Stirling
Police Scotland can confirm the identity of a man following a fatal road crash near Stirling on Sunday, 13 September, 2020.
He was 52-year-old Tam Neil from Denny. His family have requested the following statement is released through Police Scotland:
"Tam Neil, devoted husband of Sharon Neil. Loving son, brother, stepdad, papa, uncle and father of two daughters, Jacqueline and Amanda. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
"We would ask that you respect the family's privacy at this time to allow us to come to terms with what has happened."
The incident happened around 1.05pm on Sunday, 13 September, 2020 on Roman Road, Plean.
Sergeant David Ross, of Stirling Road Policing Unit, said: “Our thoughts remain with the family during this extremely difficult time.
“Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash continue and anyone with any information surrounding the incident is asked to contact police through 101, quoting incident number 1698 of Sunday, 13 September, 2020."
