Appeal following Bridge Street serious assault, Glasgow
Detectives in Glasgow are appealing for information and witnesses to a serious assault which took place in the Bridge Street area of Glasgow at the weekend.
The incident took place at the junction with Carlton Court at around 10.40pm on Saturday, 29 August.
A 32-year-old man was attacked by three men, described as being black and wearing dark clothing. The victim was taken to hospital where he was treated for serious injuries.
Detective Constable Glenn Clark, from Greater Glasgow CID, said: “We’re asking for anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident and saw anything suspicious to come forward.
“Alternatively, if you were nearby and remember seeing three black men leaving the area, please get in touch, as it might prove vital to our enquiries.”
