Appeal following serious assault, Garrioch Road area, Glasgow
Officers in Glasgow are appealing for information following a serious assault in the Garrioch Road area of Maryhill on Friday, 13 November, 2020.
The incident happened around 8.15pm when a 23-year-old man sustained a serious head injury. He was taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
Detective Sergeant Gillian Alexander, of Maryhill CID, said: “We are trying to establish the full circumstances of what happened and I am appealing to anyone in the area, or nearby streets, who may have seen something to come forward.
“There are a number of takeaways in the area and it would have been busy at that time of night. Also, if anyone was driving in the area and has dash-cam footage that may help with our enquiries, then please get in touch.
