Appeal following Nelson Street robbery, Inverness

Officers are appealing for information following a report of a robbery, which took place in Inverness at the weekend.
The incident took place on Nelson Street, at around 1.15pm on Sunday, 12 July, 2020.
A 58-year-old man was assaulted by two men, who stole a sum of cash and personal items.
One of the suspects is described as being around 30-years-old, with dark hair, wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans. The second man was older, with a shaven head, wearing a beige jacket and blue jeans. This second man was last seen in the Grant Street area.
Detective Sergeant Steven Mackenzie said: "This crime resulted in serious injuries to the vulnerable victim, requiring hospital treatment.
"We are asking anyone who may have been in the area around the time and seen either the incident itself, or the men in question, to please get in touch."
