Man charged following assault in Napiershall Street, Glasgow

Police Scotland can confirm a 35-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a report of an assault in Glasgow.

Officers received a report of a 20-year-old woman having been the subject of an assault around 1.30am on Friday, 13 December, 2019, in Napiershall Street, close to Great Western Road.

As a direct result of our previous media appeal, which was issued on Monday, 10 February, officers arrested a 35-year-old man in connection with the incident. He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday (Wednesday, 19 February, 2020).
