Appeal for witnesses after fatal collision in Fife

Police in Fife are appealing for witnesses after a fatal road traffic collision in Dunfermline.
The incident happened around 9.50pm on Wednesday, 19 February, 2020 when a white Mercedes Benz A-Class drove out of St Margaret Street car park 2 onto St Margaret Street. The car then collided with a 33-year-old man and stopped. Emergency services attended and the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sergeant Nicola Young, of the road policing unit, said: "We're appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this to contact us.
"We're also specifically appealing to a person who spoke to the driver just after the incident happened."
