Robbery in Greenock - Two men arrested

Two men have been arrested in connection with a robbery in Greenock.

Around 10:35pm on Wednesday, 16 December, 2020, police received a report of a disturbance in Lyndedoch Street, Greenock.  A 69-year-old man had been assaulted and robbed.   

Two men, aged 29 and 40, were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.  Both are due to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court on Friday, 18 December, 2020.  A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
