Teenager dies following crash on the A9 near Dunblane
Police Scotland can confirm that a 19-year-old man has died following a crash on the A9 near Dunblane.
He can be identified as Kieran Knox from the Fallin area near Stirling.
Mr Knox was the driver and sole occupant of a blue Peugeot 206 which left the A9 near the Queen Victoria School junction at Dunblane around 7.30am on Saturday, 12 December.
He was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee where he died during the morning of Sunday, 13 December.
Enquiries into the collision remain ongoing and anyone with information can call 101, quoting reference number 0876 of 12 December.
