Appeal following theft of guitars, King Street, Glasgow city centre
Officers in Glasgow are appealing for information following the theft of guitars from a retail premises in the city centre.
The incident happened around 10.55pm on Saturday, 12 December, 2020, at Strung Out Guitars in King Street. A mixture of acoustic and electric guitars worth around £30,000 were taken.
Detective Constable Chris Stewart said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious around the time of this incident or who may be offered guitars for sale to get in touch.
“Anyone who can help with our enquiries is asked to contact us on 101, quoting incident number 4444 of Saturday, 12 December, 2020, or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
