Appeal following serious assault in Howard Street, Glasgow
Detectives in Glasgow have released CCTV images as part of an ongoing investigation into a serious assault.
The incident took place around 10.45pm on Thursday, 27 February, 2020, in the Howard Street area when a 26-year-old man was attacked. The victim sustained a head injury and was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Police are keen to speak to two males who may be able to assist with enquiries. The first man is described as white, slim build aged between 20-30 years. He is pictured wearing a black puffa jacket, trousers and baseball cap, with a white, grey and navy blue t-shirt. He was also walking a black and white dog.
The second man is described as white, slim build and aged between 20 – 30 years. He is pictured wearing a black baseball cap with white detail, a black scarf, a grey-coloured jacket and black trousers.
Detective Constable Vikki Reid of Glasgow CID said: “The men in the images are of interest to our ongoing enquiries and we would ask if you recognise any of the males to come forward.”
