Richard Doolan
More than 20 years on since Richard Doolan was reported missing, officers are continuing to appeal for help in locating him.
Richard was reported missing from Croy in 2001. He was last seen around 1am on Saturday, 24 March, 2001 in Croy and has not been in contact with family and friends since then. At the time he was described as being 5ft 5 in height, with green eyes and short black hair and of stocky build.
Despite extensive searches and public appeals by Richard's family and police, no-one has seen or heard from him.
A significant amount of evidence gathered over the past two decades has been reviewed and followed up, however, Richard has not been found and officers continue to appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
Richard's family continue to be supported by officers.
Constable Ross Park said: "We are determined to do everything we can to find out what happened to Richard and provide his family with answers.
"I would urge anyone who has not come forward and who may have information that could help with our enquiries to get in touch. No matter how small you think that piece of information might be, please pass it on."
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 advising they have information about Richard Doolan. People can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or call or text the charity Missing People on 116 000.
