James Gray

Chief Financial Officer

James Gray is the Chief Financial Officer and his portfolio consists of the following business areas:

  • Finance
  • Logistics
  • Procurement
  • Fleet
  • Estates

CFO Gray is a Chartered Public Finance Accountant who has worked in both the public and private sectors.

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Shetland Islands Council and spent 10 years with accountancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

He was seconded to Police Scotland from PwC in 2016 and was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2017.
