Please note we don't take on anyone aged 16 or 17.
Please note that PSYV groups recruit for Youth Volunteers in August/September each year. Should a need arise, recruitment may take place at any other time of the year. The local Police Officer who is responsible for coordinating the group will be in touch with you.
Applications for Adult Volunteers are accepted all year round however not all groups will have space. The local group coordinator will contact you to confirm if any positions are available.
Please note that completion the above form does not guarantee you a position within the PSYV. If spaces are available, the group coordinator will contact you and will be sent an application form to complete which will begin the formal recruitment process. Please allow 21 days for a response. If you do not hear back within this time, please email your details to volunteercoordination@scotland.pnn.police.uk and a member of the National Team will be in touch.
